N.O.W. is a strength training program using SPRI bands. This resistance training has been specifically designed to accommodate ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
We have kept our mature clientele in mind, as well as those just entering or re-entering the fitness arena. We have helped those both pre-op and post-op to strengthen the muscles and gain flexibility.
Individual Assessments!
As with all our programs, the student is assessed and treated as an individual, not an age or a label. This starts with a Chin Bo Jok “Kickstart”, our private lesson/evaluation, done prior to anyone entering the classroom.
