It’s More Than Just a Children’s Activity!

Here in the west, martial arts is often thought of as a children’s activity, while in the east, where they originated, martial arts is considered an activity that spans the entire lifetime. Our Adult Tae Kwon Do Program is an adult only program with more mature teaching concepts. We are able to drop the “edu-tainment” factor and get right to work, teaching the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do the way it has been practiced for centuries.

Whether you are currently active or have been sedentary for some time, this program will feel right for you. That’s because Chin Bo Jok’s Adult Tae Kwon Do curriculum is designed as an “at your own pace” program with a “listen to your body” philosophy, making it truly suited for all fitness / activity levels.

Just because we are adults does not mean we no longer have to deal with bullies. Some of our schoolyard bullies have grown into workplace bullies and neighbor bullies. As with all our programs, the student is assessed and treated as an individual, not an age or a label. This starts with a Chin Bo Jok “Kickstart”, our private lesson/evaluation, done prior to anyone entering the classroom.
